There are 3 ways to purchase products from CTA.

1. Order through the online check out (shopping cart system)
2. Order by phone (using 1-800 number)
3. Order by printable order form (obtained from web site)

Shopping online with ctherapy.com is very easy. We do not require our customers to create an account or have an existing account with us to order from our site.

Purchase by Phone

You can also order items from Creative Therapy by phone. You will need to provide an item number or product name for the item you wish to purchase.

Mail An Order Form

We understand not everyone is comfortable shopping online so we provide a printable form, which can be downloaded from the ctherapy.com web site and printed on your printer. Down load PDF here(page1)(page2). Simply fill out the required fields and mail the form to:

1. Add items to Your Cart

To shop at ctherapy.com just locate an item you would like to purchase and click the “Add to Cart” button. These buttons are usually found beside featured products, on product pages, and search result pages. Clicking this button places the item in your cart. Each time you click “Add to Cart” the page will refresh and display the newest item in your cart, as well as previous additions to your cart.

2. View Your Entire Cart

At anytime you can view all the contents of your cart before check out. The cart displays items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of units you’d like to buy or remove items you do not wish to purchase. It will also provide a sub-total for your purchase. Once you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click the “Proceed to Check Out” button.

3. Proceed To Check Out

At this point you will be asked for your credit card information and shipping address for the order you are placing. Once you enter this information, click “confirm order” to finish placing your order. You will then be sent to an order confirmation page.
