Tom Holtkamp – Illustrator/Cartoonist

Tom Holtkamp is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and has been a freelance humorous illustrator since 1981. His work encompasses a wide range of mediums from ink line drawings to full color illustrations he has been seen on posters, package designs, television, and billboard promotions, books, magazines, and advertisements. He has also worked on concept designs and story boards for Saturday morning cartoons.
